holiday cooking

My sister and I decided to cook on Labor Day. Rib-eye steak topped with mushroom gravy and Broccoli Rice Casserole.

The next day, mom was telling me that we should use the fresh lettuce for the wrap of the beef so late in the afternoon we prepared Korean beef bbq. Just mixing the marinade from a recipe I found online minus three ingredients namely, green spring onions, sesame oil, and pear juice. Then the fish fillet is was just rubbed with salt, pepper and garlic and pan-fried. It can also be grilled but we’ll just try that next time. Then the butter sauce cooked with lemon juice.
